“This is a really good company that arranges the best timing for visiting the place! You really want to be early bc the weather can be changeable and unpredictable. We were early so we get to see the sunny side of the beautiful colours (late comers saw snow and wind and grey mountains :P). Our guides, Carlos and Dionel, had plenty of experience and were supportive, making the hike less challenging (it's important to have 2 guides as the altitude can be dangerous). The drive by Cesar was good, too. Rec!”

Many times when I visit a place it is pretty much how I expected it to be. This surpassed all expectations. It is a beautiful place and was made all the more special by our tour guide Hector. He was happy to go at our slower pace, and his comments and tour were outstanding. He helped my mom who is a little older through the rugged terrain and provided several areas for resting before continuing on, all while providing us with fascinating details about Inca history.…”

“Booked a private excursion. On the way home the train ride was miserable it stopped to many times. The attendants performed a fashion show the products they were trying g to sell on the train. The visa-dome train was ok. It was not worth the extra money. Our guide was timely. We did the circuit 2 which was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable. He spent extra time with us. We did have to wait over an hours to get back on the bus to go down the mountain. There could be areas to sit along. FYI bring money for the bathrooms.”

“Well organised from A to Z. The trip took 18h. I left at 3.30am and got to Machu Pitchu entrance at 9am. I was lucky to have sun & blue sky. I did itinerary 1 which is easy but do not have access to all parts of the site. check well details on your booking given by the travel agency (names, trip date, time etc.). I lost my return train ticket and the Agency was very responsive and sent a digital copy. overall a great experience and breathtaking.”

“DO NOT be discouraged by the limited number of reviews! Dennis and the team were absolutely amazing. I had booked two other tours with large agencies and both cancelled on me after about a week since there were not any tickets available to Machu Picchu. I spoke to Dennis and he was determined to get us our tickets. He was able to get us tickets 6 days before our tour date when they had been sold out for months! He also got us the best circuit (#2) and it was a very small tour with only 4 people including us. It felt like a private tour vs the 20+ people…”
