“Although it was a very cool experience overall I do have a few criticisms. The itinerary getting there and getting back was not very clear that it would take 12 hours. We were told we would be met at treehouse inn with lunch but lunch was still like 6 hours to the inn. So the timing on itinerary was confusing. Also we got picked early in Cusco and it was cold and driver would not roll up windows and apparently had no heat in van. So not a great early commute.
