We got to see the lifestyle of the Uros people and gorgeous landscape on Taquile Island (the hike up to the main plaza in Taquile was a bit more strenuous than expected). Carmen deserves a special shout out as we left a bag on the boat that she hand-delivered to our hotel. When we offered to compensate her for her troubles, she politely declined.
