“What an absolute disaster of a company this is. Ellio is an awesome tour guide but there is no organization whatsoever.Despite saying the Macchu Picchu ticket is included, the company forgot to buy and tickets were sold out. They forced me to skip day 4 and pay MYSELF to get a taxi to Macchu Picchu just for tickets to be sold out on the agreed date.I had to miss out on my $500 flight back and part of the trip because they didn’t care. Owner never responds quick or even said sorry. Avoid this disaster and don’t believe the reviews.”
