The ingredients were fresh, and the recipes highlighted and rich flavors of Peruvian cuisine beautifully. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider using a pastry brush for the olive oil that is being used for the round ring mold, rather than having multiple people dip their directly hands in the oil…”
